The Appraisal Hub / Lenders
Lenders
An appraisal management company your team can actually reach.
Residential appraisal management for banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders in twelve states. A named person on your file, a licensed or certified appraiser reading every report before you do, and a telephone number a person picks up.
What you get
What are we committing to?
Three things, and they are the only things on this page we ask you to hold us to. Each one is a staffing decision rather than a software feature, which is why we describe them in terms of who does the work.
The whole of it, moment by moment through a file, is on the service promise page.
The three commitments
- A named person, not a queue. One account manager by name, who knows your overlays, your investors and your open files.
- Answered during business hours. The line is staffed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. We answered 97% of the calls to it during those hours over three months, May through July 2026.
- Reviewed by a licensed or certified appraiser. Every report is reviewed by a licensed or certified appraiser and checked against our comprehensive quality control checklist before it reaches you. Issues are caught early.
Measured from the firm's own telephone records over three months, May through July 2026, during stated hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with stated holidays excluded, and confirmed by ownership review.
Ordering
How will your orders reach us?
However your team orders today. Ten ordering platforms and loan origination systems connect directly to our order desk, and they are named rather than described as trusted partners.
An order placed in a connected platform arrives with the property, the product and the contacts already attached, which removes the retyping step where most intake errors start. Connections are enabled per client account, so the last step is a short conversation about which one you use.
Where a lender prefers to order by email or telephone, that works and always will. A connection is a convenience, not a condition of doing business with us.
Coverage
Where can we take your orders?
Twelve states: Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina and Vermont.
Each license number is printed on the coverage page, so your vendor management team can check them without asking us first. Our coverage is twelve licensed states and it is expanding. Depth where we are licensed is what your turn times respond to, and that is where we build first.
If you lend in a state that is not on the list, say so on the first call. Adding a state is a process we already run rather than a new problem.
Before the first order
What will your vendor management team ask us for?
A file, and a person sends it when you ask. Company information, our licensing with the number for each state, compliance, the quality control and review process in writing, appraiser qualifications and vetting, technology, business continuity, and data security and privacy.
Lender references are available on request, with each reference's permission. The full list, and the two ways to ask for it, are on the vendor diligence page.
Opening an account
How do you open an account with us?
Call first. It is the fastest way to find out whether we are a fit, and it costs you nothing to test the thing this whole site is about.
Then ask for the vendor file, which is what your third party risk team needs anyway. The registration form usually comes last, once we have agreed that we cover your markets and connect to your ordering system. That is the usual order rather than a rule.
There are no setup fees and no long-term contract to sign.
In order
First. Call (508) 850-9090, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Second. Ask for the vendor packet and give it to your reviewer.
Third. Register the account, or ask us on the contact form and a person will walk you through it.
Already working with another appraisal management company? The steps of a move, and what stays under your control, are on the switching page. The same ground written for a credit union or a community bank is on their own pages. Still deciding between appraisal management companies? The questions worth asking any of us are on the how to choose one page.
